
Two people died in separate crashes over the weekend in Lehigh County.
Jane E. Zamichieli, 58, of Upper Saucon Township, died in the first crash Saturday night, according to Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio. Zamichieli was driving a vehicle in the 4000 Block of Indian Creek Road, Upper Milford Township, around 8:23 p.m. when it left the roadway and went down an embankment. She was ejected from the vehicle, Buglio said.
Zamichieli was pronounced dead at 10:39 p.m. at СŷƵ Hospital-Cedar Crest. The cause of death was multiple blunt force traumas due to a motor vehicle collision, with the manner accidental, Buglio said.
That crash is being investigated by state police at Fogelsville, in addition to the coroner’s office.
Nathan Tyler Kline, 21, died in the second crash when the motorcycle he was riding veered off the road and struck a tree, according to Buglio. That crash happened Sunday afternoon in the 1500 block of Blue Barn Road in South Whitehall Township.
Kline, who was wearing a helmet, was pronounced dead at the scene at 2:18 p.m., Buglio said. The cause of death was multiple blunt force traumas due to a motorcycle accident, with the manner accidental, Buglio said.
South Whitehall Township police and the coroner’s office are investigating that crash.
