Wildwater Kingdom will open Sunday, one day later than originally planned, due to unseasonably cold weather.
Dorney Park’s water park was set to open Saturday, but with temperatures only in the 60s — and possible lows in the 40s — opening will be delayed.
Dorney Park will open as scheduled, 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday.
According to the National Weather Service in Mount Holly, N.J., Sunday’s temperatures will remain slightly below normal, but “overall pleasant” in the upper 60s to low 70s.
Sunday’s Wildwater Kingdom opening includes the reimagined Cascade and Lightning Falls attractions.
