Customizable donuts, breakfast sandwiches, coffee and more are on the way with a new donut shop opening next month in the СŷƵ.
Glazed Donut & Coffee Shop will open July 10 at 149 Northampton St. in Easton, co-owner and Culinary Institute of America graduate Andy Christie said.
He and his wife Catalina previously operated Christie’s Artisan Bread & Bakery Shop in Clinton, New Jersey, for over a decade.
They originally intended to open mid-June, but Christie said they pushed it to allow more time for construction needs.
The Northampton Street property was constructed between 1904 and 1911, , and hosted the Hobson Printing Co. in 1911.
