The wait is over: A new Greek restaurant has finally replaced the former Johnny’s Gyros that operated for over 30 years in the СŷƵ.

Gyro Concept opened Saturday at 2722 Easton Ave. in Bethlehem Township, It’s the business’ second location; it opened at 323 Cattell St. in Easton in March 2024.

“From our signature gyros, lovingly crafted with tender, seasoned meat and fresh vegetables, to our mouthwatering souvlaki, marinated to perfection, each dish is a celebration of traditional Greek recipes with a contemporary twist,” .

Other dishes include bowls, dolmades, loaded fries, platters, salads, spinach pies and ekmek kataifi, the website listed.

The operating hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Monday and Wednesday through Friday.

Johnny’s Gyros closed in October, and the property was put up for sale.
