‘No Kings’ anti-Trump protests scheduled for this weekend in the СŷƵ

Hundreds of “No Kings” demonstrations in protest of President Donald Trump will be held this weekend across the country, including in the СŷƵ, according to organizers.

The demonstrations are in response to Trump’s military parade, scheduled for Saturday — Trump’s birthday and the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Army — in what organizers described as the “largest single-day mobilization” since Trump took office in January.

The protests are part of a “nationwide day of defiance,” that rejects “authoritarianism, billionaire-first politics and the militarization of our democracy,” according to the website.

Similar protests were held on President’s Day. and in April.

The following demonstrations will be held Saturday in the СŷƵ and surrounding areas:
