A retirement home in Hanover Township, Northampton County, was recently sold for nearly $36 million.

The Vero at Bethlehem was purchased by 4700 Bath Pike Propco, a limited liability company, owned by Sabra, a California real estate investment trust specializing in health care real estate. The price was $35.9 million, according to Northampton County property records.

The 102,172-square-foot building sits on 6 acres along Route 512, a mile north of Route 22.

Built in 2023, the Vero specializes in personal and memory care, according to its website. Amenities include a full-service restaurant and bistro, a salon and barbershop, a game room and a library. It is managed by Legend Senior Living.
