At the Easton Public Market joined by dozens of fans, Easton’s deputy mayor and other prominent Easton figures, Holmes, the world heavyweight boxing champion, accepted a new accolade: a 16-pound statue of his head and signature red boxing gloves, sculpted entirely out of chocolate.
