The Lehigh Valley could get some light snow Wednesday before high winds come to the area Thursday.
The National Weather Service in Mount Holly, New Jersey, said less than an inch of snow is expected in the area Wednesday into Thursday. Between 2 and 3 inches of snow are possible in the Poconos.
Any snow showers should stop by Thursday morning, according to the weather service.
Forecasters said there could be high winds throughout the day Thursday. Winds of 20 to 30 mph, with gusts between 40 to 50 mph, are expected. A wind advisory goes into effect at 6 a.m. Thursday.

Tree damage and isolated power outages are possible, according to the weather service.
Outside of Wednesday into Thursday, the next few days should be clear with temperatures in the 30s. Rain is possible Monday.
