A Bucks County man who died Monday morning in a crash off a Route 33 ramp suffered a medical event and has been identified by authorities.
Jerome J. Ozovek, 67, of Buckingham Township, was the driver in a single-vehicle crash along the Tatamy off-ramp from Route 33 northbound in Palmer Township, according to Northampton County Coroner Zachary Lysek.
The crash happened around 10:45 a.m. when Ozovek’s vehicle left the roadway and overturned, according to state police spokesperson Trooper Nathan Branosky.
Ozovek died from a medical event due to natural causes, Lysek said Tuesday evening. Ozovek was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital Anderson Campus in Bethlehem Township where he was pronounced dead.
