The Northampton County coroner on Monday identified a woman in Bethlehem Township.
Nicole D. Guzman, 35, of Easton died of blunt force injuries, Coroner Zachary R. Lysek said. The manner of her death was an accident, the coroner’s office ruled.
Police previously said a township officer found the vehicle a little after 2 a.m. where it was crashed into two trees near William Penn Highway and Chipman Road.
Guzman, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver, a 31-year-old man from Easton, was taken to a hospital, police said Sunday.
No additional information was released Monday.
